Each plan I create is personalized to each individual client and their needs.

$10- 1 Face-Face 30 min training session your choice of location
$20- 1 Face-Face 60 min training session your choice of location
$75 – 4 week online training plan with 24/7 contact with me
$75 – 4 week online meal plan with 24/7 contact with me
I train local clients face-face and provide personalized online plans to clients nation-wide.
I give fitness/nutritional advice, tips, and with purchase of a package I will be available to you through email/phone communication 24/7 for any help or questions that you have!
I train at the gym, I write online meal/workout plans, I meal-prep for customers and I work 12 hr shifts, drive 2 hours round trip to work and get little sleep.
I’m not telling you this because I want pitty, I’m saying that I KNOW what it is like to have a busy schedule and not have tons of time to workout or cook elaborate meals.
I make the time because my health is my priority and it should be yours, too!
